Seen regularly around 'Jim's field' during breeding season before 1993.

25/06/93 - Pair

17/05/97 - Single male in the woodland. A pair bred & at least one fledged young was seen on 02/08

1998 - At least one pair bred & 2 fledged young were seen

??/06/99 - 2 singing males during June & a single juvenile was recorded on 20/06

2001 - 3 singing males in May. 2 pairs bred at the North end

2002 - 1 on 18/05 and 2 on 03/09

2003 - Pairs seen at both ends of the reservoir and young birds seen near the south entrance in August

2004 - 2 pairs reported

2005 - A family party seen in August

2006 - Nest with young found in July

07/05/08 - 1 at the north end

2009 - Nest found in June

14/06/10 - 1 pair seen

2011 - None reported

2012 - None reported

2013 - None reported

2014 - First one seen on 12/05. Family party seen during July

2015 - A family party seen on the nearby cycle path on 11/07

2016 - First seen on 28/04 and stayed to breed. Max 4 seen at both North and South ends in June. Also seen at nest on 08/06 with 2 young

2017 - First seen on 12/05. Max 3 seen in May

2018 - 3 pairs reported on 29/07

2019 - 1 on 19/05 east side (AG). 2 on 27/05 east side (KGH). 1 on 01/08 north end (DWH)

2020 - 1 on 27/04 and again many days over the next 2 weeks (song heard)

2021 - None reported

2022 - 1 on 06/06 and 1+ on 03/09 at north end in heavy rain

2023 - None seen. The Merlin app suggested this species by the Oaklands car park by call on 13/05 and 14/05, but I think this may have been young Robins.
