It's great to see so many Shoveler here. The males are quite easy
to spot, but the females look very like Mallard. Note the scaly
plumage as well as the bill of course.

A pair of dragonflies were mating on this warm sunny day and a Brimstone
butterfly and 2 Red Admirals were seen. 10 Teal are nice to see,
but don't quite match the sight of nearly 6,000 that I saw exactly 1 week
ago at Loch Leven in Scotland.
